Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests from baji999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This return-to-source policy is a mandatory security measure and cannot be waived. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification on first request. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within baji999's standard processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 via mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer or card.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process in 10–15 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) typically settle within one business day.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• baji999 does not impose a maximum number of withdrawals per day for verified accounts.
• Funds originating from bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

General Bonus Rules

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed on the baji999 platform at the moment the bet is confirmed by the player.
• baji999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, match-winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets on events that have already concluded will be settled normally.
• For cricket matches affected by rain, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be treated as the official result for settlement purposes on baji999.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and vary by market – these are displayed in the bet slip.
• baji999 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or event.
• Bets placed after an event has officially started may be accepted at baji999's discretion and are clearly labelled as live bets.

• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, baji999's server records determine the outcome. If the round was not completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Malfunctions on baji999 void all pays and plays. A game result cannot stand if the software has not functioned as intended.

When suspicious activity is detected, baji999 may freeze an account pending review without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from baji999, their winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance returned to the deposit source minus applicable fees.

Responsible Gaming

Dispute Resolution

You will receive an initial response within 48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence baji999 operates.

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

baji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account for the following reasons, among others.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Use of the baji999 account in connection with suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, baji999 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If no breach is found, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. If a breach is confirmed, baji999 may void winnings and return deposits to source, or in cases of serious fraud, refer the matter to law enforcement agencies.

You may close your baji999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining eligible balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

baji999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations, baji999 will notify registered users by SMS or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of baji999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
